United States Department of Veterans Affairs - Business Process Improvement Engagement

Harpeth Consulting will provide Business Process Improvement assistance to the Veterans Health Administration as part of a three year contract with the Federal Government.  Harpeth Consulting is partnering with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) and an 8(a) certified contractor. The initial scope will be to develop a standardized methodology and related decision support tools allowing VHA management across functional areas to make better informed decisions regarding processes, staffing, resources and technology.  The decision making framework is designed to meet the VHA's four pillars of quality, satisfaction, access and cost.
