New Day Pharmacy - Chapter 11

Harpeth Consulting has been selected to provide general consulting and management services, including some or all of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer responsibilities for New Day Pharmacy (NDP).

NDP filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 on February 23, 2009 and as a Debtor in possession continues to operate its assets under Chapter 11.  Based in Nashville, Tenn., NDP is an institutional pharmacy that serves the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care facilities and their patients. The company was developed by long-term care professionals who have more than 100 years of experience in SNF’s, ALF’s and RC’s.
